Identifying Purpose of Collection
When you purchase airline tickets or make a flight booking either by contacting or arriving at Sultan Travel (an IATA and TICO accredited travel agency), or by booking directly online you will be required to provide certain personal information to complete your transaction. This may include name, address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date. The information is required to identify you, in order to contact you, if necessary and to complete the process of your purchase. We also request your gender to assist in estimating the aircraft's total load and as an additional identifier, for your benefit both for your safety and your total flight experience. Please keep in mind that this information will be forwarded to the airport staff as well as to the flight crew. In some cases, some airports extend contracts to partners or other airlines which will require your information as well. If you are a passenger in need of special assistance, your information may also be transferred so that the receiving airline can accommodate you as best as possible.
Sultan Travel Ltd., along with our airline partners, takes into account for your safety and your fellow passengers and crew, this is why your thorough information is required. Your information, enables for airlines to plan ahead and make the necessary reservations to arrange, if needed, specialized seating and to increase safety.

represent and warrant that you: are at least 18 years of age, and have
the legal right and ability to enter into this User Agreement and to use
or access our web site in accordance with its Terms.

that we feel will be of interest to you. If you do not want Sultan

You should understand that all travel agencies and airlines, including Sultan Travel Ltd. are required by new security laws in the U.S. and several other countries to give border control agencies access to passenger data. Accordingly, any information we hold about you and your travel arrangements may be disclosed to customs and immigration authorities of any country in your itinerary.

Sultan travel Ltd. assumes no liability for
any damage or virus which could affect your computer equipment or other
property by reason of your access to, use or downloading of any material
from its websites or for any illegal intrusion or intervention in the IT
